Shipping
Shipping is a flat rate of $5 for all orders less than $75 irrespective of how many items you buy. For orders more than $75 you will get Free Shipping. We will always do our best to ship within a day or two after your payment is received, but we request you to allow for at least 3 business days to get your order processed, packed and shipped from the time you pay. Your order will be shipped through USPS First class shipping and we will provide you with a tracking number. Once the items are in the hands of the USPS, it is out of our control. AainaasTreasureBox is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Note: If your order has an item from our New Release/Pre-Order collection and in-stock items then everything will be shipped together. Currently due to Covid-19 situation, Paparazzi is experiencing longer than average processing times on all new orders. This means that shipping for items from our "New Release/Pre-order" collections are taking 3-4 weeks for the order to leave Paparazzi warehouse and reach us before it can be shipped out to you.** All orders will be shipped as soon as they arrive.
Return and Refund Policy
All sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
All defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. If you received a defective item, please contact us at aainaasTreasureBox@gmail.com with details of the order, product and the defect along with a photo. We will replace the item if a replacement is available. If a replacement is not available we will offer you store credit.
