PREORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Paparazzi policy prohibits us from pre-selling inventory that we haven't yet purchased. To follow this policy, we wait until our order has been confirmed in the Paparazzi back office and we have been charged by Paparazzi before making any items available for PREORDER. By ordering a PREORDER item, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
If your order has an item from our New Release/Pre-Order collection and in-stock items then everything will be shipped together. Sometimes Paparazzi experiences longer than average processing times during peak demand (as experienced during spring/summer/fall of 2020), and orders can take as long as three weeks to arrive on all new orders.
This means that shipping for items from our "New Release/Pre-order" collections could take anywhere from 4-5 days to 3-4 weeks for the order to leave Paparazzi warehouse and reach us before it can be shipped out to you. All orders will be shipped as soon as they arrive.
You can order any items available on our site with your PREORDER items. All items will be shipped once your PREORDER items arrive. If you 'd like your other items to arrive sooner, we suggest you issue a separate order. If the order has already been placed, please contact us and we will be able to help you get your non-PREORDER items sooner (additional shipping charges apply).
Once we receive the order, we normally ship out PREORDER items the same or next business day, depending on the time of day when we receive the order. We ship via USPS First Class with tracking and the normal delivery times within the continental US being 2-3 business days.
In the unlikely event that we don't receive our order from Paparazzi, due to such problems as carrier damage, lost in transit, or Paparazzi inventory errors, we guarantee that we will refund 100% of the cost+tax of your PREORDER items. If no other items were ordered along with your PREORDER items, we will also refund your shipping. If other items were ordered along with your PREORDER items, we will ship those items to you.
